Erica Richardson
With over 20 years behind the chair, Richmond native Erica has built her career on creating customized extension and hair restoration solutions for women who want to feel confident in their hair again. As a specialist in seamless hidden row installations, hybrid extension methods, keratin bond customization, and advanced hair restoration systems, she quickly recognized a deeper need within her clientele — true scalp health. After opening Willow + Sage as a salon in 2024, Erica saw firsthand how many women were struggling with thinning and hair loss. In 2025, she expanded the vision to include a dedicated head spa experience, blending clinical-level scalp care with a luxurious, restorative approach to treating hair loss from the root.
